Program Description

-Individualized Assesment to determine the level of care needed

-Group Counseling

-Individual Counseling

-Family Counseling

-Length of treatment determined by progress made

Outpatient Program Details

Length of Program

Number of Group Sessions required is established during assessment. Typically 24-52 sessions.

Group size: 5-15 Participants

Days Offered

Tuesday            9 AM & 6 PM

Wednesday      9 AM

Thursday           9 AM & 6 PM

Program Costs: Fees are on a sliding scale and are often covered by Medicaid

Follow Up: Alumni/Aftercare Group for graduates and their family meets weekly

Admission Criteria 

Adolescents: Age 12-17 years old (depends on developmental level for adolescents)

Adults: 18 years of age or older

Willingness to participate

Priority Populations

-Females who are pregnant with IV Substance Use Disorder

-Females with dependent children

-Any individual with IV Substance Abuse Disorder
